It's that time of year again!
I'm reflecting on a year of change and what will be my first New Year working outside Birmingham City Council in over 35 years. I have to say that I am thoroughly enjoying the challenge of running my own business and getting the chance to be involved with schools more closely again. I have also enjoyed collaborating with charities and have gained great satisfaction from stepping back into the world of conflict resolution.
